Privacy policy

sprit.plastkast.no is a nonprofit service to track training attendance in compliance with local Covid-19 regulations and the GDPR.

What data we collect

• We store names and phone numbers of the players you add.
• We store the attendance information you add, ie., which player was present on which date.
• We store regular server logs (IP address, request URL, time and date, browser version) for each request from the browser entering the information.

What do we use it for

• Name, phone and attendance information is stored to be able to know who was present at a given training, so that if any player should later be known to be contagious, the authorities can track who needs to be warned and/or quarantined.
• Server logs are used for debugging purposes only.

Who do we share it with

• We share information only with authorities in case of a Covid-19 incident, and, where required, the venue where the training happens.

Retention

• Attendance information is kept for 14 days, as required by Norwegian regulations.
• Name and phone numbers are kept for 3–6 months (randomly, so as not to leak precise attendance dates) or until the site is no longer needed, as they speed up data entry for returning players.
• Server logs are kept for 30 days.

Cookies

• When you log in, we set a cookie to keep you logged in. The cookie expires after five days, or when you log out.
